I'm not sure it will do you any good, however. There is a cell phone number on the post. So, it might do you some good.
From the fabric, you may get some hints for the pattern. It appears that the larger pieces of fabric are labeled. One says 3rd border, one says, binding, one says border #2 and I can't read the other two. What do they say?
We know how large the finished quilt is supposed to be 81X81. Knowing the circumference, you can get close to how wide the border will be. Subtract the third border and then guesstimate how wide the second border is, then guesstimate the 1st border. When the borders are removed, you know about what size the main portion of the quilt should be.
First, how wide and how long are the strips? How many do you have? (they appear to be jelly rolls)
If everything is as it appears, I would look for a pattern that uses jelly rolls and ends up with something that resembles a 4 patch, or maybe it could look like a rail fence with 4 pieces.
Even if you don't find the pattern, you can figure it out. If you measure everything, some of our math whizzes can get you in the ballpark of what you can make with that fabric.
