I have been told many times that I am crazy since I started my Snake River Log Cabin. 4,460 pieces to cut and sew. Maybe they are right?

oh yeah - it's a badge of honor for quilters. A lot of people just don't get it - until you give them a quilt. It changes their belief in a heartbeat, lol.

OHH YEAH!!
In fact in place of work it is a prerequisite and we all know it. Sane people need not apply. |
I used to work in a Psych Hospital and the gang there was alwasy telling me I was crazy! They ougtha know....
|
Before the quilting bug bit me, I also thought anyone who would take prefectly good fabric and cut it into so many small pieces, just to sew it back together, was Crazy. I have since changed my mind. It is so adictive.
Don't call anyone crazy until you have used their cutting table & rotary cutter and sat at their quilting machine. LOL |
Come on Odessa. Throw in a few pins and needles while you're at it.

All the time.

Yes, my DDIL told me I was crazy when I told her I wanted a Long Arm. Then when she saw one working at the Lancaster Quilt Show and saw the price she was convinced I am crazy.

crazy? Who's crazy??? I thought I was just a little further down the road when it comes to being different!!!
ah man....now I have to think of myself as crazy??? nah...I think not!! I think all those people that prefer to spend their days and nights glued to their TV sets or playing video games the ones that are CRAZY!! Me? I am just different!!!!! |
I got the same comment. Why do you cut that fabric apart just to sew it back together again? My answer. Why do you keep knocking that little white ball into hole after hole and have to chase it all over the place. No further comments.
