I am trying to post a picture that relates to this topic. Checked the help file but couldn't find the browse button in order to follow the instructions to send it. Can someone enlighten me, please.
Personally, I think I am not only nuts but have also acquired dyslexia in my old age. I read the instructions carefully and then wind up doing just the opposite.

Every where I look, I don't see what is there but what could be with a little glorious fabric. Am I completely nuts and how do I blow the picture up enough?

That would make a beautiful quilt. After you take it to Kinko's, if it still isn't big enough, graft it out but making squares and then draw each one on a bigger square. put them together and you have your quilt. I want to see it when it is done! Jan

That is too funny - if you don't mind I will not be telling this one to my niece

We are very happy nuts. Just hang in there and climb like the squirrels.

That picture sang to my heart too, it is so beautiful. I think I'm going to try to break it down into a paper piecing project for placemats and see what happens. Just another nut here.

My husband bought this sign for me at a Antique Show last summer because he said he is going to start a home for my friends and I. Also said he will accept medicare.
How appropriate -- you are all welcome to join!!

NO!!! I have done so before with a Noah's ark tole painting picture. Just take it to a copy store that makes CAD/Architectural copies. They can blow it up a lot! It's going to depend on their machines, but if I remember correctly I was able to go from one sheet to about 3 feet wide by as long as needed.

You could also run the pic onto a transperancy and use a projector to outline it off a light colored wall.

So hopefully one of those options would work!

I feel so much better, thought it was me.

butterflywing 12-13-2010 10:57 AM

do you want to make it up out of little squares and hst, or out of appliqued curved pieces? and what size are you looking for?

yellowsnow55 12-13-2010 10:27 PM

I love all you nuts, being one myself, although my children prefer to call me "Pleasantly Disturbed"

I am in the state that energy begats more energy and I get on such a roller coaster that I don't want to get off. It feels so good! I see a pattern, I see fabric and then I imagine what I can make from it. And I loove that. It sure is great being a part of such a cohesive fun group!
