I've been a customer of Amazon for many years, with very few problems. In the last six months, both the quality of their products and their customer service have fallen below sub-par in my opinion. Because of so many items I had to return for poor quality or just plain broken after a month or two, I have almost completely quit ordering from them. I would advise you to purchase from a trusted dealer, locally if possible. It's hard to work through Amazon to the third party selling the goods and takes more time than it should to return shoddy workmanship. The last item I returned, which broke after 4 months of use and was not repairable, Amazon charged me a restocking fee and I am more than done with them.
