Look up Sharon Schambers website on google and watch the video on how she does her basting. You can do it on your dining room table and it works brilliantly!

you can baste a king size quilt on a card table. Just center each piece then baste that section; pull the next unbasted section over the card table. Then pull right, left, top bottom and baste until all is completed. No need to lay it out full on the floor or table.

that is all you need.... that and Elmers School glue... yes it can be done.... my sandwichs come out as smooth as glass... |
