Wow, i've never done an attic window, the bay window looks awesome. I think if you take the bay window and save it to your photo section, enlarge it a bit, and print it off, yes, the dimensions will be smaller, but all of the angles will be exact, and you can take the angles from that, or you can cut the photo into smaller pieces, and have them enlarged...hmmm, something like that lol

I've been working on an Attic Window Quilt also, my niece gave me the shark material and the Hawiian print and asked if I could make her a quilt, this is what I came up with and its not a hard one it goes together pretty fast as I made the squares 5" x 5"

Beautifully done! Love the fabrics! :D :D

Amma: I tried using the half square triangles. Worked great! I did a test block but it sure beat those awful "Y" seams!

Great job. All these attic windows makes me want to try one. I also saw an explanation the the 1/2 square for them looks much easier.

Hello, I am doing or trying to do attic windows too. Each the internet for attic windows and came up with this site. :)
It actually works   :D :D :D . you have to follow the directions, then it is so simple. It is faster because you don't have to stop, look for the 1/4" for the Y seam. I hope I did this link correctly. [url]http://www.geocities.com/quiltfrency/attic-window |
