It could be either but if the choice was mine I would say boy.

[quote=psychonurse]Beautiful It could go either way, but i am voting for a boys quilt.
What is the pattern called I'm sorry. I should have put this information in when I first posted. Pattern is from Clotilde and is called Diamond Patch. Here's a link. http://www.clotilde.com/detail.html?prod_id=10685 |
That is an amazing quilt, as for gender, it really could go to either. Bright colors are always good for little ones.

It's wonderful and definitely would work for both genders. There are some parents that personally prefer not using such gender "specific" colors such as pink and blue. This is also a quilt that will "grow" with the child...I can see a child using this for many, many years as it's also not "babyish".

Oh I love it! Mind if I copy it? Boy. Make the girls in pastels.

This looks boy-ish to me. This quilt pattern would look great in girly pastels, too. Nice work!

I would say either or.. but more towards the boy....
beautiful! |
Either.
Boys are actually more fragile than girls before birth and as infants. Bright colors are better for all children as they can differentiate them better and are more stimulating. Red especially. My girls hated pink and still do... |
I think boy when I look at this one. It is very nice.
