Your sleeping 24 hour statement sounds like me. I don't have anyone to go shopping for me, but like you if I could fit anymore activity in, I wouldn't sleep at all.

I think it is wonderful that you have a Dad who shops for you.
But like you if I could squeze anymore into 24 hours, I wouldn't sleep at all.

I sounds like Dad is trying to help you fulfill the potential he sees in you. I don't advocate giving up sleep however, then you have to change the name of your bags to crazy bags created while sleep deprived. I feel you are blessed to have a Dad that cares so much about your ability he wishes to help you. Those are truely cherished memories. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Happy Bow Ties,

Sleep?? I think I heard about something like that. If there is such a thing, there won't be much with the holidays right around the "corner".

That's about the sweetest thing I've heard lately!! Oh Amy, your Dad sounds like a wonderful guy!!! :D
For the life of me I cannot picture my Dad in a fabric store of any kind but he did buy me my first sewing machine. I had to pick it out, which is probably a good thing. :D
I will never part with it for the rest of my life :D

I agree, what a blessing your dad is. Miss mine a lot.

Amy, I had a Dad just like that -- we are so blessed to have such. If you can "borrow" some more of his flannel shirts, a suggestion would be to make a small quilt to keep by his recliner.

Wish my dad was still here to do that.

Give him a hug from all of us.

That is so neat your Dad did that! How thoughtful.
