You don't even need Paypal to get the discount. You can set up your own account from home with USPS.

My son sent a game system via the post office with insurance. Needless to say the "insurance" isn't helping the damaged package. It is turning into a nightmare, with refunding the buyer and now has nothing to show for the sale. If it needs insurance I would go with someone else.
Just one experience, but probably not the only one. |

You can't buy postage/print labels at USPS.com for First Class Parcel, Media Mail and Parcel Post services(and all with DelConf for $.19). You can via PayPal. |
