Definitely the border makes it sing. I liked it in the first picture, but when I saw the second, I thought, yes! That's even better! This is coming from someone who doesn't usually favor borders unless it absolutely enhances the design. In this case, for example.

Love to see pictures when you're finished!

I had the exact same reaction. Beautiful either way, but the borders really make it wow!

Yes to the border! Try the inner border with the aqua/green color ...
