cookie cutters
I use anything that is sturdy enough to draw around for my quilt designs. Ive used Gingerbread cookie cutters and snow flakes too..Havent had any problems as of yet..:)

I have used cutters for years to hand quilt mostly on baby quilts

I think it would be cool to do ginger bread men, trees, ornaments, etc., then decorate them like cookies for a wall hanging.

Never thought about cookies cutters and imagine they will work great. I had another great idea for templates. At WalMart they have plastic templates for scrapbooking. I am going to buy a package @$7.99. One plate has several patterns and the ends have curves for edges.

I have used cookie cutters, large coloring books, leaves off my tree outside & scrapbooking supplies.

Always works well and you can make all kinds of things. Kids or GKs like to do the drawing on the fusible to help out.
|
Have done this many times and it works great!
|
Yes it works great. I use whatever I have available. .
