I am a very lucky woman indeed. A year ago last christmas my wonderful husband presented me with a sewing table that he made for me. It has the machine setting into the table so it is flat with the table surface and it can be changed to fit any machine I might purchase in the fuutre. It is also able to fold down so that I can take it to quilting classes whenever I want. I don't believe he used a pattern, just pictures from magazines so I cannot point you anywhere.
It makes a lot of difference for me as the machine does not bounce around at all with this new table.

My table is attached to the wall (was made for shoe dying table) and it is higher than a normal table that way I don't have to hunch over when I sew.

Would love to have a Horn cabinet like I had back in UK but for now I have to be satisfied with it on a table in the sunroom. It makes it a little too high for me as I am only small and back aches but at least I have a tiny space to call my own :)

I have a Horn quilters dream, I got lucky and bought it from a store that was going out of business. It's amazing how much easier it is to machine quilt when the machine is flush with the table top and when you have space to the left and behind the machine to support the quilt. Splurge if you can, you won't be sorry!

I have a sewing cabinet that my Pfaff fits down into nicely. My DH made a wooden insert to fill in the space left open.
My Brother doesn't fit in quite so well. I put two boards under the feet so I can still attach the extension. The extension covers the space left open.

I've had the SewEzi table for a couple years now and I love it. I bought the inserts for my FW and for my Bernina, so I can take it with me to classes and retreats for the FW and use it at home with my Bernina.

I purchased mine at the Houston International Quilt Festival, and because I paid for it there, I wasn't charged for shipping.

There is nothing like a Koala. I love mine especially the extra height and storage. You can get one for an amazing price at one of the big shows.

I found this and was seriously considering it when I found my sewing cabinet on Craigslist.
