I have a 4x6 album all my own of my crochet and quilting projects. My first print is a crocheted grandfather clock 3'x12' that I can't believe I gave away. Wish I still had it. What I love about the photos is that I take them all throughout my quilting projects to keep a record for the person I make them for and make a little album for them when I give it to them. This is especially appreciated for the Quilts of Valor. I urge everyone to keep one of these. You'd be surprised how many you forget.

I have a wonderful daughter who made me a scrapbooklet for all the quilts I have made. She included the title of quilt who it was made for and the year and occasion it was made for. I also have white picture frames in my sewing room and down the staircase that I make 5x7's and I display a picture of my favorite quilts. It is never to late to start keeping tract of those you have made.

At first I didn't; now I do.

My sister says I take more pictures of my quilts than I do of people! :-)
|
I take digitals and put them in folders by year and occasion. I then upload at least 1 of the photos to my Webshots account. I'm not good about labels but I am about pictures.
|
I give most of my quilts away so I take a picture of everything I make.

I have several that I have taken pictures of, but nowhere near the number of quilts I have actually done. I'm with Jim'sGem - usually so excited to have it done that I give it away, THEN remember that I wanted to take pictures. Oh, well.
