True 7's and L's.
No wonder I was getting confused when trying to make drawings. :-) I am easily confused.

You are very observant! But if you will take any picture of that quilt and turn it on its side, you will find the blocks falling the other way. I just found that the explanation of using 7's and L's was an eye opener. Made putting it together sooooo easy. If you want it to fall a certain way, just start putting them together, and add more squares on the side you want longer. <label for="rb_iconid_7">http://www.quiltingboard.com/images/icons/icon7.png</label>

Loved the Pattern and all the pictures. I can see this in fall colors too.....What a concept. I like it. Thanks for sharing it.

I am making mine using 6 1/2 inch squares. Can't wait to see what it will look like. I just went and bought batik for the borders and all batik squares. Hard to walk in a LQS and not buy any fabric but one...but I did it ; )

now I know why quilters over buy fabric....I think I need to get another couple of yards of the border fabric. Hope they still have it when I get a chance this week to get there.
