The ad states that it is a 99 "Specifically, this is a Singer Model 99K13" so why did you think it was a Featherweight?
You might want to look at the little pdf I made up with some of the more popular old Singers to help with identification.

A 99 is the heaviest little machine you'll ever own!!! It is a 3/4 sized machine and is great for mending and doing blocks on but I would not want to do a full sized quilt on one!!

I have enough fun doing a king sized quilt on a Model 15 but that will be the only machine I FMQ on!!

I don't know - I think the 185 weighs even more than the 99 - very deceptive to see that small machine and then try to pick it up! Shocking unless you are prepared...

Because I didn't know..... I don't know much about them. I know that people here know more than I do, so I wanted to ask.
You didn't need to be snotty about it.
Thank you

No, it isn't a featherweight. It is a 99. Featherweight's model # is model 221.
