I would definitely take her in for a well deserved cleaning/oiling/adjustments. Check around for good pricing first as there can be a big difference. They will also be able to help you with any questions you have about machine "how do I...." things. I am so happy for you - your first sewing machine! That foot looks like a standard zig-zag foot to me. It would be a general purpose foot and is a good one to have come with the machine. You should be able to find the feet you want to add to your collection without a problem. Congratulations - I hope you have lots of fun!
