flat-headed pins
Does anyone use the flat-headed pins? How do you like them? They look easy to handle. I am thinking of getting some from Connecting Threads.

I love my flat headed pins!

I love the flat headed pins. the shaft of the pin is much finer than the other pins too. Only kind I use.
|
I love them especially when pressing they don't get in the way.
|
Yep! I use mine too! :)
|
Love them for all sorts of things, they are nice and long too
|
I like that they are longer, finer, and they don't bunch up the fabric like other pins do. The pieces lay so nice and flat as they go towards the needle. :) :) :)

I love mine. My first batch of 100 was from EZWright. I just bought 4 boxes of 50 each by Dritz.
While pressing at a class recently, the head of one of my pins melted to the iron. Sadly, since they've been mixed up in the same box, I don't know which brand melted. I wish I knew because if it's the Dritz, I only opened one box and will return the other 3. Buy some, but if you want to press, be sure they'll hold up. Good luck. |
i love them also

Well, I suppose I answered my own dilemna. Dritz has multi-colored flower head pins advertized as "no melt" whereas there is no such notation on the yellow flower head pins. Think I'll do a test tonight!
Make sure they're no melt or at very least heat resistant. |
