OK I found the book. It is called "Deck The Halls Quilts to Celebrate Christmas by Cheryl Almgren Taylor. The mantle cloth is shown on the cover at the top of the page. It has pieced applique' christmas ornaments

Thanks everybody...Kath12, the one in your link was close but not exactly it..the tree ornaments in the one I am looking for is cut out and they each have a different design......I like yours and will use it but still looking for the other one..
