I have a 6 ft table that I have on bed risers which works perfectly for cutting for me. Love having it raised. Really saves my back.

mine is also that height about and inch lower than elbows. but then i am 5 10
mine works great. |
Yes, my cutting table is on risers too....about 2-3" below my elbow, but this one at the retreat was equal in height to the owner's elbows. Like I said I did not try it. Now I am sorry I did not. It would seem to me that because this one was so tall it would be more stress on shoulders trying to apply pressure to cut correctly. There may be another in June, I will definitely try it then
