I don't see any mistake – yours looks great, and what a great idea to add the white strips!

If the link doesn't work it is called amazing jelly roll quilts from the 3 dudes.

It looks really cool with the batiks.

I think this pattern is from the book "Jelly Roll Quilts" by Pam & Nicky Lintott, it is called "Garden Trellis" and is on Page 24. I just bought the book yesterday and that pattern was the reason I bought it.

You girls are so smart AND talented! I love both quilts and really love the easy straightforward directions! Thank you so much, once again!

That makes a real nice scrappy. I love it.

Been wanting to do this one - in fact, just got in the mail yesterday a jelly roll. I really like both of them, so I will have to decide whether to use 4 or 5 strips. :)

Peggy, did your 5 strip take two jelly rolls and what is the final planned size?

If you look carefully the Garden Trellis is also a tube quilt, but the strips all go in one direction in each final block. In the 3 Dudes pattern, because you rotate the original strip sets, one horizontally and one vertically, each final block has strips going diametrically opposed to one another.

Here is my Garden Trellis and you can see the difference.
Both are unique.

My McCall's magazine just came and one that looks just like it is on page 56 called tickled pink.
