WOWZA!!! You all use a ton of stuff! That is so cool. I forgot to mention that I use pizza boxes too to hold WIP blocks until I piece the top together.
Will visit the blog. I've bookmarked this thread. Someday when we find a house (instead of our tiny apartment), I'll have a sewing room instead of part of my closet and I'll be able to make a trip to lowe's very fun. |
Haven't read all the posts yet so probably already mentioned but I love the press n' seal wrap for machine quilting. What a great product!

I have a metal shish-ka-bob that my husband rounded the end of that I use to poke corners and also to run along the inside seam to push it all the way out to iron neatly. I also use a pair of tweezers to reach into and turn my smaller applique projects.

I use a rubber pot holder to put under my sewing machine foot pedal so it oes not side on the kitchen floor.
|
1.used fabric softener sheet for paper piecing
2.envelope holder that holds my rulers 3.two rubber door stops to tilt the sewing machine forward 4.rubber cabinet or drawer liner for under the machine pedal so it doesn't walk also under the machine if I am somewhere where it moves on the table 5.the plastic containers that curtains come with a zipper to hold projects in that is all that comes to mind now.
