Congrats!

It's something you really wanted and you've worked hard for it. Consider it an early retirement gift. Enjoy it.

Life's too short, eat dessert first...or buy the machine you want and enjoy it while you can :!: :!: :!:
|
I always have buyer's remorse for about five minutesm, then I am fine. LOL. Enjoy your new toy.
|
Enjoy it. I tried to get everything fixed and paid off before I retired so that I could enjoy myself. You will be glad you did this.
|
Life is short, be creative and get it paid off and then you will be guilt free  :D:D:D

As long as you can afford the payment, you're ok :) I truely believe that after we've raised the kids, put them through college & head for our 'liesure years' we deserve to do something totally extravegant for ourselves (just as long as we aren't putting in financial jeapordy). I'm jealous... I wanna trade my Bernina up lol Love it!

Enjoy it. I can relate. The sewing machine lasts for many many years. Dont feel guilty if your DH approves. That should be all the convincing you need. I applaud you for taking the leap and Just Doing It.
|
The only bad thing in that scenario would be if you didn't use it and love every moment you spent playing on it. Think of it as a mental health tool.

You did a good thing for yourself. If you are getting to retirement age, you have worked all your life. You deserve a toy to use at your leisure and it's probably something you have wanted for a long time. Pay it off while you are working and know it will always be there for you to enjoy.
