Maybe if you collect enough dust bunnies you will not need to buy batting?!?

I lost my sewing room when we got custody of our DGS as an infant 5 years ago so I now have my sewing desk in the computer room and my stash (some of it) in the upstairs closet. But my "sewing area" gets cleaned when my DH says you can't move in here cuz there's piles 20 feet around you (the room is 14 feet) :o

Sometimes we just gotta stop sewn' so we can clean a little (just a little!). Ya, ya, ya
|
Maybe all of the above! Or almost all.

When the room is so full of crap you have to drag everything out into the hall before you can even think of cleaning it up!
By the way, I don't worry about dust bunnies until they grow into dust rhinos! |
When my Grands go in there and I have to tell them to raise their hands so I can find them. (they are 12-16)

Trouble is when I tidy my sewing studio I have all this space so I start a new project, best to finish a few UFO's in disarray, besides my sewing supervisor (old Labrador) feels more relaxed if things are their normal mess. That's my story and I am sticking to it lol.

when my daughter and grandbaby move back in for Lord knows how long and I have to move it all into my big bedroom. I have nowhere to sew and now I dont even know where to begin again.
|
I know it is time to clean and organize when I reach for 'that perfect match for my current project'--only to discover it is either a piece of mending waiting to be done, or the cat!!!
