Saturday, I bought an Olfa, Circle Rotary Cutter and let me tell you it has saved me! I was able to cut 60 X 3 5/8" circles in less than 15 minutes! Yes you read that right, 60 circles in less than 15 minutes! I LOVE IT! The cutter takes the 18mm blade and is well worth every penny I paid for it!
For a demo on the product, go to www.olfa.com and believe me, it works just like the demo! TreeFrog |

It's a good tool, but a bit tricky to learn.....I found the secret is to move fast, and keep the wrist level by moving your arm from the elbow. Do a few practise turns before pressing down for the actual cutting.
I love the clean cut circles. If using a fusible, apply it to the fabric before cutting. |
I love this cutter. I use it with my Boston Revolver. Just position the cutter, hold steady, then turn the Revolver with the other hand. No wrist movement required.

I love the clean cut circles. If using a fusible, apply it to the fabric before cutting. I didn't use a fusing to the back of any of my fabrics, and cut 2 layers at a time! I was then flying on cloud nine! Simply put, I love it! TreeFrog |
