It looks great! I have one question, why is the machine facing the way it is facing? My friend's machine faces directly towards her, like when it was on the moving frame. Just wondering?

Looks wonderful! You should hire your husband out.

What a neat table that your hubby made for you....and it has a very generous space for holding the quilt while you are quilting a portion of the quilt. Beautiful!

I saved this post when you wrote it & just showed it to my husband last night. We are moving with a job transfer & just bought a new house with a great sewing room for me. This is exactly what I want for my Janome 1600p. Thanks for sharing this!

What made you decide to take your LA frame down? I'm seriously considering taking mine down and just sitting down to FMQ so I can have all my sewing stuff in one room, but my husband has warned me that once it is taken apart, it's not getting put back together. Your table looks great! Also, how do you use the glue? Do you do that on large projects?

My husband said if I want my frame back up. We could drag all the pieces from the garage back into the annex and he would cheerfully rip out the table.....lol I just recently started using Elmer's washable school glue and so far I like the results. Sorry I didn't answer sooner, this posts on this forum move rather quickly. |
