I can not find polished cotton anywhere, in an off white and have been looking for over a year. Going to give up and use a good grade off white on white, and the satin, I substituted a satin looking brocade, . congradulations on your ribbons.

If you are doing the Heritage quilt what white fabric did you use.

I used all sorts of fabric, some I bought, even some from an old beige brocrade square dance dress I tore apart, I saw 2 of Jennys Heritage quilts at different quilt shows and they were each a little different but equally beautiful, so I think about anything goes. It is a learning experience with each block and if you don't like it, you make a second one.
