Well, I gave it to her tonight...and she said "Another Jacket? But now I have 3 and you only have 1." I have made her a couple of other ones in the past, but the one is starting to show it's age. Probably has been washed a couple of hundred times.

The bad news is that the ladies that wanted me to send it to them if she didn't like it...Sorry, it won't be leaving her house, except on her back...She likes it.

I think that it is beautiful. The purple goes well with the yellow.

I love the yellow with the purple. That way, it isn't TOO purple. I kinda like the idea of just a little applique, but not too much. I really like it the way that it is.

I am glad your Mom liked her jacket. I love the colors and I would definitely wear that jacket. I am a Mom to 3 daughters, and Grandma to 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. If your Mom changes her mind you can add me to the list of takers for the jacket.
