Man, everyone is getting super cool old machines!  Have fun with your pretty treasure!

I am green, green, green with envy! I would love to have one of those!
|
Good for you! My first treadle was a singer, though not as fancy as yours!
If you are able to, if they offer it to you, get the franklin. I have the franklin, it is also a good machine! It's a clone of your singer, and good to have for extra parts, if you decide to use the machine.. I want one of those singers someday. Old machines are like Potato Chips.. You can't have just one!(I have 12) |
Oh my she's gorgeous once you take her to the beauty shop she's going to be a knock out :)
|
What a beautiful machine.
The decals are bright and eye catching. Happy sewing with it. Sandi |
Absolutely beautiful!!!!! :D :D :D

Oh, you lucky girl. She's a keeper. Enjoy her. What 's her name?
|
I dunno. I have only just brought her home. I think I will live with her for a while before deciding. She was born on February 7th 1900 in Elizabeth NJ. I am so proud!!!

A nice score indeed!
Quilting on a treadle is very special, to me it brings you back to a more simple time and back to the roots of it all so to speak. But then again the only sewing machines I use are treadled so I am biased in my opinion LOL! But like it was stated before the vintage machines like that are like potato chips, you can never have just one. Billy |
wowee, K! wowee! :D
