It looks to have a much wider 'throat' ('neck'?) for quilting than one most machines, new or old. Lucky find and lucky for 'her' to be brought home to an appreciative environment.

I have a red eye..We got it for free..An antique store had it for a while and was going to throw it away...My hubby brought it home to me....Some people just don't value old sewing machines...
I forgot to mention, that it sews beautifully...
