I have a paper pieced one. Finished size is 9.5 x 24. You can make it horizontal or vertical.

You might want to search for some apple fabric, then find coordinates. 9 patch, D9P would both be easy blocks to make :D:D:D |
Debbie Mumm has a really cute one called "An Apple a Day". I found it on line for $4.50 but I know for a fact it is also in her book Quick Country Quilts. That book has a lot of really cute patterns in it and is available used for $3.60. Shipping would probably be another $3 so I would get the book. here is a link
