Sara,
First, a BIG THANK YOU to all our soliders :D

Second, I know that you asked for a pattern but I found a website that carries more military fabric than I have seen one place before; all branches of service ;)

Send big hugs to all of our soldiers!! My son is wanting to join the Army and go for ROTC training. I'm trying to decide what type of quilt to make for him also. Don't have much time since he graduates in June. This is a mom in denial!! :D :D Love the fabric for military site that was posted & put it in my favorites.

As far as the eagle, globe & anchor sometimes you can find large prints of these. Would you consider doing machine or hand applique? I'm sure that an awesome eagle & globe could be paper pieced if you found a picture that you liked you could blow it up to the size you wanted then pencil in the lines to follow.

Good Luck!!! Lots of Hugs!

I used a fabric panel with the USMC emblem and the quilting has stars, eagles...
