There are lots of pictures on this site. She also has a pattern book out featuring I Spy type fabrics.
I think it's called "Picture Play Quilts"

I really find your quilt with the white squares and the black sashing inspiring, but I suspect the square size is smaller than I would like for bigger scale prints and time constraints. I'm also guessing both quilts are twin sized?

Sorry - can't find a picture of it - but it is THE favorite couch cover at my daughter's home!

T-shirt cotton binding?? That's something I never would have thought of. I'm a little new so I've only domed basic (probobly too thin for a beginner) binding on potholders and quilt birth. I'm really scared if stretchy knits, but I know I saw a million adorable tee shirt prints in the baby section at the thrift store. How does it work? Is it harder than standard quilt fabric? Why did you choose it?

I used 5-inch squares for the I-Spy centers, then bordered and sashed them.

The traditional I spy is too fussy for me....So I tried this one instead. Just snowball triangles in two corner. Extra corners cut off were saved for the border. It takes me longer to pick the fabrics than to make it...just about!

How big is the finished quilt?

love I Spy quilts and have made and have made perhaps 7. My all time favorite is this one: http://www.happyquiltingmelissa.com/...-festival.html
I have pictures posted in the I Spy search site. Disappearing 4 patches are fun and I have also done two with a wonky square within a square. google I Spy quilts images and you will be inspired by all the various ways to create this fun quilt. Get started collecting those novelty prints. There is often a swap on the board, plus I was able to obtain squares for sale on the board as well.

About 68-70" square, if I remember correctly--I've slept since then! :)

I've made tons of them for kids... just simply sewing 5" blocks together. I like to use 80 and do an 8 x 10 layout. Sometimes I do pairs of blocks, for a "matching" game.
