While there, I asked about the holiday deals I had seen advertised and was thrilled to find out that the stores were selling off all their Mega Quilter 18.8 floor models, along with the Q-Bot systems. I was able to get the complete set-up for a little over half of what I had seen elsewhere. Sure, I would have loved one of the new software packages, but $1700 for the Q-Bot versus $6000 for the Quilt Artist made it an easy decision :-) Plus, I still get the full warranty  |
Oh lucky you and santa came with a marrige certificate. Enjoy your machine. dont be afraid just jump right in and get lotsa practice and practice and practice. YOu will love it.

Unfortunately, I have to wait for the frame and the QBOT, since they have to be shipped in from other locations :-( Oh well, the wait will be worth it!
If anyone else is interested in a QBOT or Mega Quilter 18.8, I believe the Viking Galleries are selling off all their demo units across the country. |
Lucky you. Let us know how you like it after it is all set up.
