Your DGD will treasure this forever. I still have the quilt my grandma made for me. In fact, it inspired me to make my very first quilt. A few of it's patches are worn and some have fallen off, but I still love it. My daughter knows all about her great-grandma, and knows who made that quilt. I'm sure your DGD will appreciate all the time and effort you put into doing this for her. Great job!
