What did you use for the "table top" used to set your machine on. Did you cover the top in plastic so your fabric moves around easier? Neat idea....
|
Glad you have your own space.

Well organized sewing corner and the icing on the cake is the window. You have created a very lovely space!
|
What a great use of that space!

Oh Wow! Thanks for sharing ... makes me ambitious to get in there and get mine better organized. Don't you love those see-thru boxes. That little corner just invites you to sit down and quilt! :)

Looks very cozy and efficient. At one time when I was married, we didn't use our front door so I set up my sewing space in the small foyer. It was amazing how much sewing I got done in that little space. Enjoy yours.
|
Wait! I see a couple of empty spaces in the closet! Hurry! Go shopping!
(nice corner!) |
looks wonderful-there is nothing like a space of your own :-D :-D
|
I would also love to know what you used to build up your table to fit your sewing machine. Looks like a great idea.

Besides using the closet and the shelves above my sewing table, I have a 6 drawer dresser full... it isn't in the pictures. I love my little corner of the house.... http://www.squidoo.com/sewingtable View her tutorials at the above link.... |
