The pattern actually went together pretty easy. It was time consuming to make the different size squares and then sandwich them to make the magic squares. Lots of pinning involved in doing that. Also lots of squaring of! This top is 80 x 80 and I had to use (15) 12.5" squares, (40) 8.5" and (106) 4.5" squares! Once the squares were made, I had put it together in one day. I am working on the borders today and hope to have a picture up of quilt top with borders tonight :)
