White, pink, medium blue, medium green, pale pink, black, all are in the print fabric?

For starters, I would pick out a white or light cream fabric, as well as a medium blue, maybe a light pink and then a navy or black for contrast. Just be sure there is enough contrast between the fabrics to highlight the pattern of the quilt. That's what I would do anyway. By the way, don't you love that paisley? That fabric has been around a long time in different colors, it's almost a staple in a fabric stash, and it's very pretty. Keep us posted on how you're doing.

It is called a Log Cabin Shaded Broken Star quilt. It is a stand alone pattern I picked up in Shipshawana, Indiana. It is done by Log Cabin Creations.

I don't know how many colors you have to have but I would get
some pink and black to go with the paisley and light blue. |
Stunning! Love the colors!

I'm gonna use a cream color for the back ground. |
