When I need a perfect circle, I start measuring all the plates, bowls, cups, saucers or anything round that comes close. LOL

Homemade compass

Put a pin in the middle of the paper (stuck through into something) Tie a string to it. Measure half the size of the circle from the pin. Tie the other end of the string to a pencil at the mark for the edge of the circle and draw around keeping the string tight.

A good idea for smaller circles. BUT it get too complicated for bigger ones if your printer only prints 8 1/2 by 11. Then you have to glue the pages together. I never get them lined up right

Duh. What a great idea. Sam's Club and Costco sell the pizza on big round cartboard. Never thought about it. I will pick one up today!!!
