Remember, in google, watch for the ones that have a warning (could damage your pc) Glad they do that for us,. I won't go into those.

My husband and I were remembering the earlier internet and to search boolean (sp) "word + word" (search) might get you something - - -and now anything that comes into mind, just type it in - and sit back - cause you're going to get a ton of sights or suggestions on exactly what you requested! It is fabulous!! (oops, am I showing my age?) :-)

I use Bing instead of Google. Bing is more to the point and doesn't give you sound alikes, lookalikes or other sites that aren't to the point of what you are searching for.

I love what computers can do for us.

I can waste an entire morning going over recipes which then lead to quilt patterns which then lead to books and on an on. Before I know it I've wasted two or three hours with nothing much to show for it. Freecell is soooooo addictive, I stopped that a few years ago. My husband doesn't understand what I find so fascinating about recipes, I have at least one hundred cookbooks that I've collected over the past thirty odd years; but I still get interested when I see an uncommon ingredient in a recipe. Well it keeps me out of the bars.

LOL that is funny! Keeps you out of the bars. My dad is a 82 year old scroll saw worker. He always says he does it to keep him from chasing cars! LOL I too love the computer. I am pretty much at home all the time since I hurt my back 6 years ago so belonging to a group like this is heaven sent. I get to socialize with all of my quilter friends. Without the computer I wouldn't be able to do that.

I love early morning coffee, PJ's and the computer. I love looking up patterns and reading this board in the morning. I have learned a lot from this site. It is very helpful and I feel I have many friends. Thanks

I think google was the first thing I learned with the computer. Now if I could only learn to SAVE. I am still printing everything.

I like early morning and the computer, but even better is I have something else to do beside watch TV when I can't sleep.
