Interesting ......
I'm blown away by the speed at which you have become such an accomplished quilter ...... Your learning curve is amazing ...... I just can't get over that you have made 25 quilts in 9 months??? And you have mastered machine quilting in that time frame, too? I don't know whether to be inspired or depressed! I know the write up says that you take advantage of pre cut fabrics, such as jelly rolls, charm packs, etc. ...... but still ......I just know I could never spin out that many quilts in such a short time. "Life intrudes" ...... as the saying goes;Anyways, I'm going to be nosey and ask if you are still working in the field of computer science or has quilt making become a business for you? In any event, you do wonderful work and I know I can speak on behalf of everyone here on this Quilting Board when I say that we really enjoy viewing your pics.

Eddie, Great work and excellant presentation. Having been the program chair for two differnt guilds for several years I sure could have used you. Seriously think about taking your show on the road.

Still have my day job doing software design. Been doing that for about 20 years now. I'm 49 now so looking forward to when I can retire and have more time for quilting, LOL!!! :D

Okay, so now I really AM depressed (just kidding, of course). Holy smokes, you are amazing! I thought maybe you devoted your whole day to quilting and that's how you made 25 quilts in 9 months. Well, all the power to ya. Happy quilting!

WOW, Eddie, you do wonderful work and sharing is always a good thing. You are so very talented. Sure wish I could get life to slow down a little so I could do a quarter of that number!

Congratulations!!

Thanks for the show! The one that caught my eye the most is the small quilt, fifth from the end with the child pic center. Do you have a pic to post that separately here?

You have found one of the great keys to success - finishing a quilt and not stacking UFO's like many of us do, lol. Finished is the best!

Hi Rae,

Here's a thread that shows that one in more detail:
