You need to "twirl" your center seams to make them lay flat. Take out the 2 or 3 stitches that go past each seam allowance so you can open up the seams.
If you watch some of the videos at Quilt in a Day's website, Eleanor Burns explains the method on some of her blocks. EDIT: it's easier to lay it out upside down. that way you can pin out the exact place that needs to be resewn. |
