Look at Susan Cleveland on youtube. She has some really cute variations of fancy prairie points

Love the prairie points. They wash up just fine on my granddaughter's quilt.

Prairie points look great, but don't like putting them on baby quilts. The points can get in the eyes of babies.

My first choice for this adorable quilt would be the prairie points, then the plain purple border. For some reason I just didn't like the yellow one as much.

the prairie points add so much, but I would use the type that are folded from the sides with the fold in the middle of the point...just my humble opinion.

I would not put Prarie Points on a baby quilt.
Babies chew/gum quilts.
Prarie Points are small and if dislodged would choke a baby.
