My "neck of the woods" saw prices increase last month. Now the prices are from $10.00 to 11.75 per yard... and was told there may be another price increase.
My dismay is that once prices go up ... they rarely go down. If you pruchase at the high price why would they ever sell at the lower price?! |
Prices have been creeping up here too, but if the shop owners are paying more, I guess we need to accept to absorb the increases....

I guess the only way to rebel is not buy and start using our stash. Then they will have to have sales or specials. I am tried of absorbing price increases on food, clothing, etc. Remember when the gas prices went up and then came down, did other prices also decrease? Once a business gets accustomed to the increases, they will stay.
