Has anyone ever seen anything like this for quilters?
I don't know about you, but I don't normally use a saw and hammer when I quilt. Hahaha
when i took a barn quilt tour, one house did not have a barn. but they had a double sided 'barn quilt' sign in the front yard and it said [their name] quilting studio underneath
I know what you mean by the signs. There are many more for shops then for studios. I've seen several quilt signs at craft shows.
I haven't, but it surely is cute!
my kids were 'on my nerves' the other day so I put a sign up on my quilt room door - AS A JOKE - that says BUG OFF :) They made comments on it while I was inside :)
The old adage was putting your shingle out. That would be cute for a "cottage" industry.

I saw one at our LQS shop..it says
Quilter Parking Only!! Violators Will Be 'Stitched in the Ditch' I thought it was pretty cute...crafty_linda_b |

gzuslivz - Bad dog...no biscuit! Ornery post.. but FUNNY! ******************************* I've seen some wrought iron work holding out sign names.. and even quilt blocks hanging from the wrought iron.. but not anything quite as ornate as the sign photo you posted. |
