Which rotary cutter do you prefer and why? My favorite is the Martelli ergo, because I can cut for hours and not have pain in my wrists. Just curious to see what others prefer.

Martelli for me!!!!

Another vote for the Martelli Ergo (left-handed).
Cindy likes the standard Clover better though. |
I still use my Olfa one.

Martelli! Definitely saves my wrist.

I have a Martha Stewart cutter and I love it. It's just the right size for my hands, which are not dainty. The only problem is I can't find blades for it.

Cjomomma, my Walmart had the MS rotary tools and blades on clearance a little while back. I started to get them since they were so cheap, but I promised myself I'd stop buying stuff just because it on sale, LOL!
If I had known, I would have got them all for you. Maybe them clearing them out means they may quit making them? ETA: I'm in Eastern Ky, btw. |
I dearly love my Gingher! The weight of it and how it fits my hand is a dream come true.

Martelli, but the little plastic part that holds the spring broke off. Now I use a rubber band to hold it open while cutting and closed while not in use. I need to look on line for a replacement. My friend got one on Overstock.com, but I do not remember the price.

I use a cheapo fiskar, my mom has one of the olfas and I just can't work that thing. lol I think you have to hold it at a really funny angle to get the blade on the fabric.
