I would also recommend this one: www.quiltsforsale.ca

I looked at zibbit.com and there is no way I would sell a quilt for anything near the prices posted on that site.

I've bought from storeenvy.com in the past and etsy.com

I tried this for quite a while and had no luck. $20 down the drain.

Maybe ask at your local guild or LQS. I found a great site that is based in & marketed to SE Wisconsin that charges a low commission and is right for me. I worry sometimes about the cheapy-cheap quilts (or woefully underpriced quilts) that are sold on etsy. I will never be able to compete with hobby quilters who just want to make back cost of materials (& sometimes not even that). I still don't make close to minimum wage, but the idea of working for free is just insulting.

In picking a site as my back-up for any quilts I can't sell right away, I had to make sure that the site where I list has clients that are accustomed to spending $700-1000 on a quilt (what I charge). Otherwise, it's just a lot of hassle spending time educating potential clients on the difference between a $20 quilt and an $800 quilt, and I'd rather be quilting. ;)

Would you mind telling the name of the site that markets to SE Wis?
