I'm trying to get the July installment. Doesn't show as available, anyone else see that?

Nope, it's not there. I hope they fix it soon. Really frustrating!

Yes it is very frustrating! They changed the date that it would be available from the 1st to the 12th but it is now the 20th and it still is not there. I hate the feeling that it is going to stop entirely and then I'd be left with half of the blocks . I've downloaded the coloring page and I guess i could figure it out if I had too .
