I may be wrong but arent machine mail orders only filled if the buyer is not located within a certain number of miles of a dealer? When I bought my little Gem a few years back, the selling store said she had to check where I lived and how far to a dealer. We had no Janome in our town at the time so the sale was made.

Well, everyone that's replied seems to be from all over the US and Canada, so I'm guessing they ship everywhere in North America, I guess I will find out when I order :) And thanks everyone for their replies!

I've had excellent service with AllBrands & would buy from them again in a heartbeat!! They really back their products! I bought a refurbished sewing machine & serger combo from them. The feeddogs wouldn't come back up when I started trying to do free motion quilting. We couldn't fix it by phone so they had me go to my local Brother dealer. When I got there, they knew about the machine & had a cart ready to roll it directly to the tech & they were to call the head office when they found out what was wrong. Even though the warranty was gone by 3 mos, they honored it anyway!! Very cool!!!

I bought a sewing machine from the online store in 2002 and it has been a great machine. It's a computerized Singer and I haven't had a bit of trouble with it. Last year I bought a Juki serger MO 644D from the online store. I've only used it a few times but it works great.
