I bought the Bertha sewing table for large machines, it cost me $550.
Surf the web for table makers like Arrow to find the best prices.
Bertha has extensions on both sides and the back so no problem with size. She is over 7 feet long extended. But was a real headache to put togather. Came in 3 boxes. You need 2 people to put it togather.

combine the second one with a couple of utility tables that you probably already have and it's a great setup. i just quilted a queen size on my domestic machine with this set-up.

the other i now use for classes and such. i made a wood one for my workhorse. really easy to do.

I bought an old farm style table to cut a hole in the top to sit machine down into. It hasn't gotten done yet cause hubby is so rarely home.
I hope to get it done this spring.

all i did was get the piece of wood at Lowes and they cut it in half for me. i had to cut the notch out to fit my machine (made a paper pattern). i got a dowel rod (1.5" i think) and some of those adjustable height feet from hardwhere (where the furniture wheels and stuff are).

worked beautifully once i got the miter box to cut the dowel rod/feet pieces straight!

(I would love to have a cabinet with a place to lower the machine, but I can't afford one)Don't know if you have a handy dandy person over there or not, but, my FIL took a hollow door and put formica on top of it (w/glue)...add legs...then I had dh measure my machine outline plus the clear acrylic extension...cut it out and I dropped it in...perfect! And, a nice area to work in too. I love my extension top! Even not in the door. Don't know the brand w/o looking but, it sure helps in fabric not dropping off too soon on me. When in the table...it absol. is great. Skeat

Both of my sisters have a Horn quilting cabinet/table and they love it. I'm hoping to get one soon. Not only does your machine drop down in a custom made well to make everything "flush" and eliminate drag, but also there are models which have a drop leaf, thereby extending the table in front of you where you need the extra space when working on a quilt. A word of caution:They are quite pricey, but Horn has been crafting sewing and quilting tables/cabinets for years and they put out a wonderful product.
