Star thread is the liniest thread I have ever used. It is thick and takes up a lot of space in your seams which will throw off your measurements. You can buy the same stuff at JoAnns. I used to use Star when I was new to quilting, because of the price, but later learned that quality thread is worth the price.

You do have to factor in shipping fees for the final cost.
